Virtual Office Support

Virtual office support is offered in an a la carte format.  Individuals and corporations have the ability to select support based upon their specific needs.  The following options are available:

 

Virtual Office Receptionist

  • Answer inbound calls, take messages, and forward calls if applicable.

  • Occasionally communicate with clients and customers via live chat and email.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments. 

  • Maintain event calendar.

  • Protect confidential documents i.e. customer data in accordance with HIPAA.

Virtual Office Support Representative

(Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Billing Representative)

  •  Answer inbound calls and take messages or forward calls.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.

  • Enter customer data and send correspondences to designated individuals.

  • Prompt resolution of insurance related issues.

  • Process Insurance Claims.

  • Follow up on claim processing.

  • Manage all aspects of overdue accounts (sending collections letters, contacting clients, setting up payment arrangements, collecting past due balances).

Services can be contracted for standard 8 hour days and half days.

Virtual Office Receptionist and Insurance Representative

In addition to the previous tasks listed, the following items will also be managed:

•  Pre-verify insurance and ensure coverage via phone call.

• Resolve insurance related issues upon onset.

After Hours/Weekend Answering Service 

•Answer office line 

•Contact therapist if needed
