Virtual Office Support

Virtual office support is offered in an a la carte format.  Individuals and corporations have the ability to select support based upon their specific needs.  The following options are available:

Virtual Office Receptionist

 Answers inbound calls, takes messages, forward calls if applicable

• Occasionally communicates with clients and customers via live chat and email

• Schedules and confirms appointments 

• Maintains event calendar

• Protects confidential documents such as customer data in accordance with HIPAA

Virtual Office Receptionist and Insurance Representative

In addition to the tasks listed above, the following items will also be managed:

•  Pre-verifies insurance and ensures coverage via phone

• Resolves insurance related issues upon onset

Virtual Office Support Representative

(Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Billing Representative)

 Answers inbound calls and take messages or forward calls

• Schedules and confirms appointments and maintain event calendars

• Enters customer data and sends correspondences to designated individuals

• Prompt resolution of insurance related issues

• Process Insurance Claims

• Follows up on claim processing

•Manage all aspects of overdue accounts (sending collections letters, contacting clients, setting up payment arrangements, collecting past due balances)

Services can be contracted for standard 8 hr day and half days
